Order of St. Andrew

The Order of St. Andrew  Of Indiana

The Order of St. Andrew  Of Indiana was founded by Corlis Lee Dees II and Datha Dees in the Year of our Lord January 2007 in Shelbyville, Indiana.

The Order was established in submission with  Fr. Charles Scott, Vicar of the Church of the Good Shepherd in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Corlis and Datha Dees formulated the Discipline, Constitution, and Submission  for the Order. Saint Andrew was chosen as the Patron Saint of the Order since he exemplified the virtue of humility and also exhibited the all-encompassing desire to bring all souls to our Lord Jesus Christ.

“Lord, direct us” was selected as the motto of the Order since it indicates our complete willingness to follow wherever His Will shall lead us.

The purpose of the Order of St. Andrew is to strengthen the World Church, the corporate “Body of Christ” by first giving ourselves to God and then to the work God gives us to do.

The mission of the Order is two-fold. To be equipped to minister to people outside the Kingdom of God and nurture, strengthen, and inspire those within the Kingdom of God.

The Order is ecumenical. From its inception, it has consisted of members from all jurisdictions in Christian Ministry. We encourage all our Brothers and Sisters to become active in their respective parishes and to readily submit to and seek counsel, encouragement, and guidance from their Local Pastors, Elders, Deacons, and Priests.

Hope for the Future
